A general AI assistant is like a very fast, very well-read intern: helpful on almost anything, confidently wrong sometimes, and only as good as the instructions you give it.
For a small business, the everyday wins are drafting replies, summarising long documents, building spreadsheet formulas, brainstorming campaign ideas and explaining unfamiliar topics.
